Figuring it out

With all the time I've had this summer, I put it toward making myself better. I spent countless hours watching youtube videos about how to optimize my camera's abilities, as well as how to create my own "look". I've been inspired by the many youtubers to follow my own path. Recently I've noticed a lot of lifestyle photographers are molding into a specific look. A lot of these shots are either faded, and airy. That's not me. I've always been an nature photographer from my youth. I absolutely hated having any people in any of my photos! I also didn't take any photos of manmade objects either. So taking photos of people is new to me, but I've started to notice a pattern in my photos. The pictures of people still includes my life long love. Nature.
I've ran into only a couple of issues with my editing process. The dreaded change of media platform! I've noticed a lot of my photos on my computer are absolutely perfect! Then, when I get them on my phone they seem dull or under exposed.
Constantly learning! Here's one of my recent shots. She was posing for a friend with an iphone... She soon realized she wanted the photos I took instead. I love so many elements of this picture! From the highlights in her hair to the railing! The green water! (Green Lakes State Park is a definite must!).
